The MRU Secretariat has already secured land for the construction, which has been fenced, and the architectural design for the building is currently being finalized.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the headquarters is being funded by MRU member states and development partners, who recognize the importance of providing a permanent home for the Secretariat.
