Grant No: 5900155016801

Issued Date: 29 October 2026

The Mano River Union Secretariat has received a grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to implement the project to Build Inclusive Business Ecosystems for Stabilization and Transformation (BI-BEST) in the Mano River Union (MRU) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract to recruit a skilled audiovisual expert to professionally produce four short thematic impact reels and one comprehensive project documentary that captures participant testimonies, key activities, and project impacts — for use in donor reporting, advocacy, communications, and institutional knowledge-building.

This digital asset package will highlight the socioeconomic impacts of the BI-BEST project on WCBTs and the project communities. This package will demonstrate how the Bank’s support has transformed the way women do business across the borders, how they are finding their voices in policy issues, and how they are protecting themselves against gender-based violence and exploitation.

These assets will facilitate donor reporting by providing AFDB with compelling, high-impact visual evidence of project activities and outcomes; advance advocacy and visibility by generating content for MRU social media platforms, partner websites, and national media; and support institutional memory by creating a permanent visual archive of beneficiary stories, community energy, and project milestones — invaluable for the project’s legacy and future donors.

The assignment involves pre-production, production, and post-production activities. This includes editing these materials as needed, adding narration, creating animations, and performing sound mixing and colour correction. The vendor will also be responsible for producing high-quality photography that adheres to international standards and employs proper lighting techniques, shutter speeds, and exposure settings. An artistic approach behind the lens is preferred.

The assignment will be undertaken in four (4) Months, and the duration of the contract is five (5) months, from the date of signature of contract.

The Mano River Union Secretariat is therefore inviting eligible individual consultants to submit their Expression of Interest with their CVs and Financial cost for providing these services. Interested Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience (cover letter, academic credentials, supporting documents referencing similar services and showing demonstrated experience in similar assignments, etc.) to undertake this Assignment.
